ETA: I was writing this post on Wednesday…in the midst of it my server went down. It is now 5am on Thursday when I am finally able to get back into my site. See! The Universe is whacko! I did get a nice message from my host
The server mysql-a.mac^&*%$#.com (aka mysql-a.%$#mac.com) is down. We have technicians on scene working to restore service as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not currently have an estimated time of repair. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing. About the 5th time in 5 months. I’m moving my site soon.
I apologize. I know I said I would have details here on Monday. The Universe must be whacko because I had 2 big life blows dealt me yesterday and today. One by someone I trusted for many years and one a la familia. As a DEAR friend of mine says “Family makes ya’ ’bout to bust!” To top it off my server went down as I was writing this post. Oy with the poodles already!!
Anyhoobastank… here is the skinny on the skinny

“Oy with the poodles already!” Hahahahaha — I love Gilmore Girls
Great giveaway..Thanks! You are funny!
What a wonderful giveaway. I have used and used every piece I had of the scissor fabric. I am down to a piece about 2×5 and have a plan for it in a scrap project. Thanks for the chance to restock. What a lovely giveaway.
What a great giveaway, and props for the Gilmore Girls reference!
Following your blog via google reader!
That bamboo baby blanket is really cute on sewtakeahike’s etsy page.
I also like the sleeveless duster on duhbe’s etsy page.
I’ve just finished an evening with friends: French-inspired dinner with French wine while watching today’s time trials. It seems only natural that I should come home and enter your Quilt Le Tour giveaway.
I also follow you … well, actually your blog
I really like sewtakeahike’s Arabica bag. It’s not surprising because a million years ago, I actually designed a line of bags made from coffee sacks.
And I think I might have to buy DuhBe’s little machine embroidered linen faces. I love them.
. . . and one more comment for Alberto Contador! I really should have been unpacking and NOT watching le Tour, but I couldn’t resist. Mark Cavendish’s finish was amazing.
Awesome giveaway!
On Penny’s Sew Take a Hike site, I love the Arabica Bag!
On DuhBe’s Etsy site, I love the Fabric collage brooch – aqua and polka dots.
Contador ftw!
Alberto Contador from Spain won the Tour de France.
Oh Robyn, I am sorry that the Universe is yanking your chain. This has been a great intro to the quilting world.
Alberto Contrador won!
