Over the weekend I had TWO, 2!! Make-Me-Grin-BIG-And-Call-Me-Cheesy events
First, I found this beauty on Craigslist {I will tell more of Her story another day} I have always wanted a treadle. Mr. Coffee was working in the area of her former home, went and bought her and loaded her up and brought her home… to ME!!… SQUEEEL!!

P.S. – Since I ~~am easily bored~~ ~~sidetracked~~ like to mix things up design-wise, I have once again changed my blog header and color scheme. Watcha Y’all think??

Tomorrow I will be giving the final details and “rules” for the Quilt Le Tour de France giveaway. The Tour ends one week from today. I will have the drawing on Monday, July 26th. Here is something I want to share:

Mama's Got a Fake I.D.

Do we as mothers have an identity crisis? Does motherhood give risk to losing who YOU are? YOUR passions? YOUR interests and creativity?
Don’t get me wrong. I love being a mom. In fact I am one of the Biggest Mothas around and I’m not just trashin’ on my weight. I think raising 9 kids gives me some credibility when I say find out who YOU are and nurture what you find. Your kids will thank you. Your mate will thank you.
I hope to be able to give a review of this book soon. The title intrigues me.
