I have a few Bee blocks to do for Do.Good.Stitches and I’ve been busy making Kongko Cycling Gear hats. This is a very special-request-funky-customized cycling cap. It was fun to create.

I am in love with all the Granny Square Blocks being created. {Why Yes, I am late to the party. Here, have a bottle of wine and let me in} I blame Pam.

I neglected to mention where I bought the fabric. Super buzzy, and their prices are the best on this fabric. Another site wanted $3.00 more per yard! Fun side note… hover over the different characters in Super Buzzy’s site header..they animate! I am easily amused.

Economics suck. Unemployment and layoffs are equally sucky. Mr. Coffee has been without work since November ’09. My fabric stash is dwindling––except for the wool I use to keep Kongko lovers in hats {although I am sure cyclists would be lovin’ some Spring stylin’ on their heads}. I am coveting all things Joel Dewberry. I love his Modern Meadow collection. Especially the Sunny Day… it has O R A N G E ! OOO…look how pretty it blends with my blog! At least it does on my Mac.

Don’t even get me started on the Dolly Dresses line from Lakehouse Dry Goods… so kAyOOOT.
