I am a huge fan of Zoë Bakes. Her recipes are excellent and the food pictures will make you drool onto your computer. Her book “Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day” is worth every cent.

I just got that book for Claire for her birthday.. she has not been quick to make some bread so I think I need to BORROW the book from her and get some bread going!
