I have been “told” by 2 people that my requiring Y’all to join the Quilt Le Tour de France Flickr group to be entered into the giveaway was not couth
{ couth –– adjective 1.showing or having good manners or sophistication; smooth: Sending her flowers would be a very couth thing to do. ––noun 2. good manners; refinement: to be lacking in couth. }
and that it is unreasonable. I never intended that. Even though I have been designing and “doing” websites and blogs since 1998 this is my first Giveaway and I am stumbling through it in my wonky way. So I apologize. I will not stomp my feet and say “this is MY blog and I will take MY BLOG and go home”. I will play nice. Sooooooooo… to participate in the Giveaway… which will NOT happen until the end of the Tour de France… you no longer need to join the Quilt Le Tour Flickr group. It would still be nice if you do. I won’t complain. I love seeing what you make.

Oh come on. People really need to grow up. So what if you have to join a free Flickr group. Waa waa. So now people want to get free things without having to do anything. Sorry, but people have become so lazy, selfish, and they think they are entitled to everything. I love your blog, and you didn’t have to do a giveaway at all. If people don’t want to join the Flickr group, then move on and find another giveaway if that’s all you’re interested in. Good grief.
